DALLEN BONNIE COATES After a courageous battle with cancer and with family by her side, Mom began her final journey into eternal life on April 28, 2011 at 66 years of age. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Christina, Ida (Bob), Brenda, Michelline, Sherene, Veronica (Scott), Bonnie-Jean and Joaline (Richard), son Bill, sister Chris, brother-in-law Bob, nieces Shaunna (John) and Jenith, along with 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and numerous loved ones. Dallen was predeceased by her son Fred and grandson Freddie. Mom spent 19 years working as a juvenile counselor at the Manitoba Youth Centre. She had an amazing sense of humour and spirit that embraced all aspects of life and nature. She will be deeply missed but will live forever in our hearts. Cremation has taken place. A service to celebrate Mom's life will be held Tuesday, May 3 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler @ Henderson Hwy. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dallen's memory may be made to Quagga No-Kill Cat Rescue.
