MYRLE RUML (PINNIGER) (nee HEWITSON) January 21, 1926 - April 19, 2011 After a short illness, Myrle Vivien Ruml of Calgary passed away at the Southwood Hospice at the age of 85. Myrle will be sadly missed by her children, Janet (Cam White), Laurie (Brian Plumb), Elaine Pinniger, Adella (Bruce Plaisier) and Tom Ruml; six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn her sister-in-law Bobby (Waldo Dixson) and her children Ann, Julie, Mary and Jeanne and their families; her sisters-in-law Mildred Ruml, Agnes Fowler and Joyce Denoon; brothers-in-law Will, Ed and Jim (Denise) Ruml; also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband Wally Pinniger and her second husband John Ruml; her sister Noreen and brother Lyle. A private family service will be held at a later date in Winnipeg. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to a charity of the donor's choice. In living memory of Myrle Ruml, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park by McInnis Holloway Funeral Homes, 14441 Bannister Rd. S.E. Telephone (403) 256-9575.
