PATRICK RAYMOND JACQUES Peacefully with his family by his side, Patrick passed away on April 29, 2011 at the age of 33 years. Patrick leaves to mourn his most precious children Savannah and Javier, his wife Heydy, his parents Ray and Marie, sisters Rochelle and Melanie (Marty Paquet) and their children Kaven and Zander, grandmother Nathalie Jacques, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Arthur Jacques, maternal grandparents Charles and Alma Seewald, uncles Robert Jacques, Charles Gaudette and Noel Seewald, aunt Denise and best friend and cousin Tyson Seewald. Patrick grew up in Transcona and graduated from Hallcrest Career College with a degree in computer programming. Pat had many interests but one he loved most was being at the lake. Patrick was happiest when he was outdoors, from his early years at Big Whiteshell Lake to trips he loved to take with his children. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Patrick's life will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2011 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue West at 2:00 p.m. We would like to thank the Riverview Health Centre for the wonderful care they gave to our son Patrick.
