JACQUELINE (JACKIE) VAN WYK (nee LALLY) Suddenly at home, on Friday, April 22, 2011 (Good Friday), Jackie passed away at the age of 63 years. Jackie leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband Lucas, her sons David and Robert (Michael Embury), daughter Erika (Mark Bacosa) and grandchildren Kirk, Craig, Coralie and Maxim. She was predeceased by her son John, her parents Jack and Anita Lally and grandson Alexander. Everybody who knew Jackie knew her for who she was. Unique, loud, proud and always eager to lend a helping hand. She loved to support her parish St. Emile and was a staple at their Annual Fun Fair. She always enjoyed bingo and in the past decade took to the internet where she played and met others from all over the world. She said it like it is and her Jackie-isms will be with us always. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 3 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Emile Parish, 556 St. Anne's Road.
