Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWADE ANDERSON It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Wade Anderson (date of birth April 5, 1971) our loving son, brother and friend. Wade passed suddenly (April 27, 2011) and peacefully, in his sleep from congenital heart disease at his home. Wade was born in Winnipeg, MB, attended J.H. Bruns Collegiate and graduated from the University of Manitoba. Wade moved to Victoria, BC where he continued his studies in the environmental, computer, and accounting fields. Wade's career path lead him to become a committed team member at the Victoria office of Canada Revenue Agency. Wade was predeceased by his loving grandparents, Samuel and Julia Gladstone, George and Pauline Anderson; loving aunties, Mary Sohor and Olga Kuxhaus; loving uncles, Ted Revak and Nick Anderson and loving cousins, Marianne and Don Primeau. Wade is survived by his parents, Ken and Joyce Anderson; his sister, Holly; his brother-in-law, Scott and a close circle of friends. Wade leaves a loving extended family in Winnipeg as well as many friends spread around the globe. Wade was an active executive board member with Island Deaf and Hard of Hearing Centre for over ten years and was very committed to the deaf and hard of hearing community. Wade was an avid hockey player, a passionate golfer and had a keen interest in photography. Wade was known to his friends and colleagues as an easy going, gentle person who will be greatly missed. Wade was deeply loyal to his family and friends who will be forever grateful they had this short time to be part of his life. His memory will be cherished forever. A Celebration of Wade's Life will take place on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at MCCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Johnson and Vancouver Streets, Victoria, BC. Interment to follow at Hatley Memorial Gardens and Cremation Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Island Deaf and Hard of Hearing Centre.
