DUPUIS Peacefully following a lengthy illness, it is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Peter Dupuis on April 29, 2011 at the Grace Hospital, age of 56 years. Peter will be lovingly remembered by his wife Barb, children Robin McLeod, Barbara (Wayne) Lennon and Lionel, grandchildren Christina and Joy, sisters Jenny, Angela and Symond, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends. He was predeceased by his parents James and Pansy Dupuis, brothers Jimmy, Victor many aunts, uncles and nephew. Peter was a good man, kind to strangers and generous. Viewing will take place on Thursday, May 5, 2011 between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Home. A Celebration of Peter's Life will take place on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. also at Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway. Donations in Peter's memory may be made to the Diabetes Foundation or The Grace General Hospital Foundation, 300 Booth Dr., Winnipeg, Manitoba R3J 3M7.
