Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHIDEKO (NANCY) ENDO It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hideko (Nancy) Endo on April 27, 2011 at the Grace General Hospital. Left to cherish her memory are her sister-in-law Kay Inouye, nieces and nephews Donna Inouye, Jane Inouye (Jim), Gord Sasaki (Pearl), Ken Ichiiwa (Bea), Doug Ichiiwa (Terry), Beverley Ichiiwa, and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Matsue (Mac), brother Kiyoshi (Butch) Inouye, sisters and brothers-in-law Martha Ichiiwa (Yoshio) and Mary Sasaki (Harry). Hideko was born November 30, 1921 in Port Haney, BC. She married Matsue in 1940 and moved to Manitoba in 1942. She worked as a seamstress till her retirement. Aunty enjoyed working on her many intricate crochet projects, needlework, origami and puzzles, as well as spending time with her many friends. She is remembered for her constant smile by the many people that knew and met her. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will follow. A come and go reception will be held for family and friends on May 14, 2011, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to a charity of your choice.
