GEORGE EDWARD BELFORD It's with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our father, husband and grandfather George Edward Belford. George suddenly passed on May 6, 2011 after a short battle with cancer. George was born August 15, 1928 in Ottawa, ON. He moved to Winnipeg where he married Lorraine and had three children, Mark (deceased), Randy (Petra, Sydney) and Tim (Terri). George was employed at Eatons for 39 years, and BFI for another seven years. He loved camping and fishing in the Whiteshell with his nephew. George also loved animals and coin collecting. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler at Henderson Hwy.
