Fred was born April 22, 1934 in Birdina, MB and raised his family in Winnipeg where he owned and operated Freddie's Concrete. He later moved to Victoria, BC where he managed several apartment buildings. Fred is remembered and missed by his wife of 51 years, Carol, his children, Sandie, Rob, Sharon, and Susan, his eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, his brothers, Paul and George, and his sisters, Edith, Thelma, and Chris. As Fred requested, no service or memorial will be held.
