EARL FLEMMING FROST August 1924 - December 2010 It is with deep regret, we advise the passing of Earl Fleming Frost, December 26, 2010. Born in Rathwell, MB, Earl enlisted in the Army and served overseas during the Second World War, where he met and married his loving wife of 63 years, Joan, who predeceased him in 2009. Earl is survived by his sister, Gwen Warren of British Columbia, his daughters: Lillian Frost of Winnipeg, Dianne Hinchliffe of British Columbia and Heather Labchuk of Nova Scotia. He leaves to mourn his grandchildren Alannah Flint of BC, Richard Frost of Winnipeg, Sean Hinchliffe of Alberta and Amanda Labchuk of Nova Scotia. Also keeping his memory alive is his great-grandchildren Jordan, Tayla and Brock. Earl was a Life Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Brooklands and Weston Branch #2 and carried their colours with pride at many of their parades. He was also a member and active participant of the Golden Eagles Rod and Gun Club and spent many hours at Pinawa Bay. A memorial service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Brooklands and Weston Branch #2, 1613 Logan Avenue, on May 28, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made in his memory toward his beloved Legion will be gratefully accepted.
