Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKURT HERZOG June 19, 1929 - May 13, 2011 It is with deep sadness that the family of Kurt Herzog announces his passing after a lengthy illness. Kurt is survived by Joan, his loving wife of 60 years. Also surviving is his son Greg of Edmonton; grandchildren Christopher, Tyler and Lauren all of Sarnia, Ontario; four nieces Lou-Ann, Mary-Kae, Janice and Karen; two great-neices and three great-nephews as well as many friends. Kurt was predeceased by his mother Caroline, father Fred and daughter Rosemary Lynn. Kurt was an employee of Imperial Oil for 35 years. He will be remembered for his love of family, his great sense of humour and for his great carpentry skills. He was involved with his community league of East St. Paul, Manitoba and had served a term as president. The family wish to thank all the staff on Butterfly Meadows Unit at St. Joseph's Auxilliary Hospital for the loving care they gave Kurt over the last eight years. A Memorial Service for Kurt will be held at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, 11111-57 Avenue, Edmonton AB at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday May 26, 2011.
