CALEB XAVIER DANIELS July 9, 2007 - May 18, 2011 It is with deep sadness that we announce the tragic passing of our baby boy, Caleb Xavier Daniels of Peguis First Nation on May 18, 2011 at the age of three years old. Caleb was born on July 9, 2007 at the Women's Hospital in Winnipeg, on his mommy's 20th birthday. Caleb leaves to mourn, his mommy and daddy, Ashley Cameron and Dave S. Daniels; his brothers, Dezmen, David Jr. and Quinn; his grandparents, Charles, Kim, Jeffrey and Laura (Joe); his great-grandparents, Martha Cameron and Dave and Marina Marcynuik; his aunties, Rachel and Crystal; his uncles, John, Ryan and Richard; his cousins, Leah, Jason and Aria; as well as numerous other family members and friends. Caleb was predeceased by his great-grandparents, Mabel Thomas, Morley Flett, Charlie Cameron and Rose and Stanley Daniels; also by his great-great-grandparents. Caleb was so full of life, he enjoyed playing outside with his brothers. Caleb always expressed his feelings, he liked to play Superman with his Sponge Bob cape blanket, everyday he always had the biggest smile. He was always happy when someone came over for a visit, especially when they gave him treats and he was so talkative. Caleb will always be in our hearts forever, he touched the lives of so many people. Our baby is gone but will never be forgotten. Rest in Paradise our baby. Wake services will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2011 and on Sunday, May 22, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. each evening. The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with a viewing beginning at 12:00 noon. All services will be held at the residence of Ashley Cameron and Dave Daniels, Peguis, Manitoba, with Jim Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Anglican Cemetery. The Pallbearers will be: John Daniels, Ryan Cameron, Richard Manningway, Dallas Stevenson, Crystal Flett, and Rachel Cameron. The Honorary Pallbearers will be: his brothers: Dezmen Cameron, David Daniels Jr., Quinn Daniels, and all family and friends. The Crossbearer will be Dezmen Cameron. The family would like to extend thanks to the Peguis Chief and Council, Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, Fisher Ambulance, Percy E. Moore Hospital, R.C.M.P. members, Flood program workers, friends and family and to all community members for your outpouring of love and support.
