Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryIRIS HEALD (GALLANT) August 20, 1949 - May 16, 2011 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother on May 16, 2011 in Winnipeg. Left to mourn her passing are her two daughters, Theresa Elliott-Mackey (George Fagan) and Crystal Chitty (Jared) both of Amherst, Nova Scotia; grandchildren, Madelyn, Emma, Bailee and Alyx as well as numerous other relatives from Ontario and the Maritimes. In Winnipeg Iris will be missed by friends and neighbours and especially by her special friend Lois and her husband Don in addition to long time friend Donna. Iris' final wishes of returning to Nova Scotia were fulfilled by her daughters when they returned home from Winnipeg with her ashes after a special street side memorial at the location of Iris' death. Rest in Peace Mom.
