HARRY WALTER CALVIN SMEALL I heard the voice of Jesus Say, Come unto me and rest . On April 24, 2011 Harry Walter of Spring Creek, Nevada, went to his eternal rest. He was born on September 13, 1930 in Ottawa, Ontario. He shares his birthday with his twin brother Howard. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Jane, parents John and Sarah Smeall and siblings George, Frank, Emeline, Allan and John. Harry Walter's memory lives on in the lives of his children Grace and Randy Garneau of Winnipeg, Kelly Smeall of Winnipeg, Linda and David Gardner of Spring Creek, Nevada, and John Smeall of Sparks, Nevada. He was grandfather to Scott and Caroline Garneau, Sarah and Russell Peters, Dan, Diana and Terry Bruneau, Shelby, Conoly and Colby Gravier. He leaves behind five great-grandchildren. Mourning the loss of their brother is Alice Willis, Betty Marks, Tom Smeall, Ogle Smeall of Winnipeg and his twin brother Howard of Trinidad, Colorado, and numerous nieces and nephews. Harry Walter in his youth worked at the C.N.R. In the early 1960s he made a life decision to move to the United States. It was there he met and married Mary Jane. Mary Jane and their family and friends loved him as Walter. They enjoyed many years together until Mary Jane passed away last year. His daughter Linda was his caregiver after he had a heart attack and a life ending stroke. I came to Jesus as I was, So weary, worn and sad: I found in him a resting place, And he has made me glad.
