MARIE HACAULT In loving memory of Marie Hacault (née Fiola). Peacefully on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, Marie passed away at Foyer Valade at the age of 92. Marie was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Hubert Hacault. She leaves to mourn her children: René (Doreen), Denise (Gilbert), Clément (Annette), Annette (Alan) and Jeannette (Jerry); Sister Olivine, M.O.; brother Rosaire, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Maman had immense love for her husband, children and grandchildren, and it was most comforting knowing that we were loved unconditionally. She had a true joie de vivre' and loved to sing while using her culinary skills baking 26 loaves of bread a week, delicious cinnamon buns, unbeatable tourtières, steam pudding and the kids' favourite popcorn balls. Maman was passionate about welcoming family and friends and always put on a feast. Although she was 92 years old at the time of her passing, it does not mean it was any easier letting go as she was such a terrific person. Marie a toujours fait plus que l'imaginable pour sa famille, communauté et ses amies. Elle était une femme douce et affectueuse qui s'occupait en premier toujours des autres. Elle était membre du coeur de chant et du club 4-H à Bruxelles et jouissait de faire partie des Filles d'Isabelle à Somerset. Marie était une Catholique fervente qui aimait toujours célébrer la Messe et la prière en famille. Gratitude spéciale au personnel de l'unité Marguerite du Foyer Valade pour leur amour envers maman pendant ses dernières trois années. Maman a donné beaucoup d'amour et elle est partie entourée d'amour.' Mass of Christian Burial will be held from the St. Gerard Catholic Church, Bruxelles, MB at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 30, 2011. Father John McKenzie celebrant. Prayers will be held at 1:30 p.m. prior to Mass. Interment will follow in the St. Gerard Parish Cemetery.
