Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD (DICK) THOMAS NOWELL 1933 - 2011 Peacefully on May 26, 2011 our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather Dick Nowell passed away at Riverview Medical Health Centre. He was predeceased by his parents Vern and Pearl and infant son Albert Jackson. Dick is survived by his wife Marion, brother Jack, sisters Patricia and Janat, sons Richard (Alisa), Kevin (Sharron), Michael (Christine), daughters RoseAnn and Colleen (Rick), 13 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and numerous friends and extended family. Always willing to lend a hand, Dick left the world a better place. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Memorial service will take place on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dick's memory may be made to a charity of your choice. The world was blessed with the privilege of having Dick Nowell be a part of it. Dick was a man that brought happiness to many of us who knew him. No matter where he was, at his home, or at another person's home, he was full of life and always smiling and laughing. I know that Marion stated many times how much Dick meant to her, and she to him. They were my storybook romance influence. Every time I saw them, there was an aura of happiness around them. I will sure miss Dick.
