DORIS MARJORIE OLIEN (nee CANNON) Peacefully on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 Doris passed away at Oakview Place Personal Care Home at the age of 92 years. Left to cherish Doris' memory is her son Roy (Norma) and their children Karen (Brian) and Sandy (Darren); daughter Carol Acheson and her children Ryan (Teresa), Kyle (Christie) and Kristy (Roy); as well mourning the loss of their Nana are nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Alex in 2001; two brothers Gilbert and Norman; three sisters Hilda, May and Vera. Mom was a stay-at-home mom who was devoted to her family. She enjoyed playing cards and hosting family get-togethers. She made the best burgers ever! In compliance with Doris' wishes, a private Graveside Service will be held at a later date. We would like to thank the caring staff of Oakview Place for their wonderful care of Mom.
