KENNETH HAROLD MEISNER December 8, 1945 - May 27, 2011 It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of Kenneth Harold Meisner at the age of 65. At home with his wife by his side. He leaves to mourn his wife Joyce; children, Geraldine and Tammy, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; his mother Elernor Meisner; sister Gloria (Bob) Fitzgerald; brother Lloyd Meisner, all live in Alberta; brother Gary (Eileen) Meisner of Gramdale, MB; sister Maressa Meisner in Winnipeg, many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Ken was predeceased by his father Edmond Meisner in 1971. Ken farmed for many years in Moosehorn, MB, moved to Winnipeg and worked for Shorty's Fencing. Moved to Teulon and continued on working for Shorty's for 23 years. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 4 at 10:00 a.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Teulon. Interment will take place at 2:30 p.m. at Moosehorn Lutheran Cemetery, MB. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. Pallbearers will be Leon, Devon, Doug and Danny Meisner and Michael and Devon Bauder. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.

  • Hi Kenny, since I couldn't accept the fact you were gone didn't make it to the funeral .. I just wanted to remind that your the beSt Grandpa/DaD/Friend/Husband anyone could ask for . We could even count on a good swift kick in the ass when we needed one. LOL GOD BLESS your kind, loving, hardworking sole! Don't worry we are taking care of Grandma. I'm sure you can see from up there that there's not a day that goes by that Gramma isn't missing you.
