Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA ANDREIW It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Patricia Andreiw passed away at Middlechurch Home on May 29, 2011 with family by her side. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Peter in 1991, mother Anna, father Stanley, sisters Mary Osadchuk and Frances Golowaychuck, brothers Steve, John and Joe Henzel and son-in-law John Yankiwski. Left to mourn are daughter Anne Yankiwski, sons Orest (Donna Siemens) and Norman (Cheryl), grandchildren Andrew, Stephen, Adam (Danielle) and Sydney, great-grandchildren Sacha, Milla and Micah, extended family and friends. We miss you and love you. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 505 Watt Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
