OLIVE DICKSON (nee DIDUCH) 1919 - 2011 On Sunday, May 29, 2011, Olive Dickson passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 91. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Matthew in 1990, sister Mary, brothers Leon and Harry and son-in-law Harry Thompson. Left to cherish her memory are her children Gordon of Reno, Sheila Thompson, Sharon Gregory (Ernie) and Matt. Grand-children: Matthew, Sherry, Christopher, Timmalee, Mark, Kim and David; and seven great-grandchildren. She is survived by brothers Bill and Tony of Toronto, numerous nieces and nephews. She was a second mother and guardian angel to Chris, Timmie and David. Mom was the heart and soul that united the family and worked hard all of her life to help support them. She was quirky and had a great sense of humour. She was a joy to be around, always supportive and had a beaming smile to welcome you. She was adored by all that knew her. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family. Special thanks to Dr. Finlayson of Seven Oaks Hospital and the staff of Fred Douglas Lodge, where Mom resided for the past year. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. Mom, we will love you --Always and Forever--
