ELIZABETH DIANE WILSON (nee MACKINTOSH) It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Diane Wilson on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at the Misericordia Health Centre. Diane will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters, Laura (Raymond) and Shelley; sister Corrine Sidon; grandsons, David and Evan; three great-grandchildren and nephews: Bill and Leonard Sidon and Dan and Mack Licoppe. She was predeceased by her husband Gene Wilson; parents, Winnifred and George Mackintosh; sisters, Bernice Zonco and Donna Licoppe. Diane was raised and educated in the Norwood Area. She was employed until her retirement at Inland Cement. She was an avid sports enthusiast, a member of Pine Ridge Golf Course, Heather Curling Club and Dakota Bowling Lanes. Our thanks go out to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital, 7th Floor Surgery and 6th Floor Interim Care at Misericordia Hospital. A special thanks to Dr. A. Vergis at St. Boniface Hospital. In keeping with Diane's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held. If friends desire, a memorial donation in Diane's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
