MAEVIS L. HAWKINS January 5, 1926 - May 28, 2011 Peacefully in her sleep, Maevis passed away at the age of 85 years. Remaining to forever cherish Maevis' memory is her husband Gerald, of 66 years of marriage; five sons, Bud (Maureen), Bob, Sheldon (Joanne), Dale (Cathy) and Brad (Donna); as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In compliance with Maevis' wishes, there will be no Funeral Service. Mom was a real animal lover, so if desired memorial donations in her name may be made to The Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3 or to a charity of one's choice. Then Nights Will Be Full Of Music And Cares That Infest The Day Will Fold Their Tents Like the Arabs And Steal Silently Away
