Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLYDIA BUCHHOLZ Passed away at Concordia Hospital on June 12, 2011. She was predeceased by her husband Erich and children, Walter, Klaus and twins, Brigette and Karin. Now, all together again. Lydia will be sadly missed by her son George, granddaughter Rachel and children, Eagen and Peyton. Lydia was born in Poland on February 12, 1920. After the hardships of the war, the family came to Canada in 1950. She loved her family deeply and was always ready to listen or give a helping hand. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening and going fishing with Dad. Her daily joy was reading her Bible and talking to her son. The family expresses a special thanks to the staff at Concordia Hospital for their support. Cremation has taken place at Lydia's request. A celebration of life will be held at Sherwood Park Lutheran Church, 7 Tudor Cres. at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2011. Interment at Brookside Cemetery. AUF WIEDERSEHEN, OMA.
