STEPHEN PASELUIKO January 1, 1913 - June 17, 2011 Peacefully on Friday, June 17, 2011 at East Gate Lodge in Beausejour, MB Steve passed away at the age of 98 years. Steve leaves to mourn his passing, his children Bernard (Cindey), Ruth Frounfelter, Audrey Pearson and Garry (Laurette); eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one sister, Ruth Aker. We love you and you will be missed. He was predeceased by his loving wife Anne, of 46 years, in 1987; his siblings, Alec, Peter, Anne, Mary, Tina, Ella, Edna and Lena. Steve was born and raised in the Brokenhead, MB area. He and his wife Anne farmed all his working life in the same vicinity. At the age of 13, he took over the operation of the family farm after his father passed away. The love of the land and his family were what made him most happy. Steve enjoyed travelling, playing cards and going to bingo in his retirement years. The family is truly appreciative of the wonderful and compassionate care that he received at East Gate Lodge. In lieu of flowers, friends may make a donation to East Gate Lodge or a charity of their choice. Memorial service will take place on Friday, June 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Ave. E., Beausejour, MB. Interment will follow in the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
