WILLIAM NEWLANDS CARMICHAEL 1925 - 2011 On June 6, 2011 Bill passed away quietly with his family at his bedside. He is survived by his wife Nessie, his son Bob (and wife Marci), daughter Lynn (and husband Fred), son Stewart, daughter-in-law Anki, and his grandsons Corbin, Max, Liam, and Nial. He also leaves extended family in Scotland. Sadly, he was predeceased by his son Gordon. At Bill's request he has been cremated and there will be no ceremony. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to The Bill Wedlake Athletic Award fund at The University of Winnipeg Foundation.
