LEONARD FASERUK On June 24, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer, Leonard passed away peacefully at the age of 63 years. He was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Mary. Leonard leaves to mourn his uncles, Adam (Joyce), Cliff (Joan) and Ed (Anne); aunt Anne, and aunt Sonya, as well as numerous cousins and friends. He spent a lot of his summers growing up out at the farm with his grandparents and uncles. He enjoyed sharing those memories with his family and friends. He especially liked to reminisce about his dog Bootsey and his horse Poko from the farm. Leonard was a regular at Salisbury House and became a favourite of the staff. A special thanks to Leonard himself for organizing his birthday party and to bring his family together for reunion and reminiscing. A very special thank you to Ted, Flo and David from Omni Care Inc. for their friendship and all their care, compassion and support. We would also like to thank the doctors and staff at Seven Oaks Hospital. A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street with interment to follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
