WALTER V. SOKULSKY "You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And, whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should." Peacefully on Monday, June 27, 2011 at Lion's Place, Walter passed away at the age of 87 years. He is survived by his daughter Tanis Moore, granddaughter Leah Moore, daughter-in-law Young-ae Gore-Smith, brother-in-law Paul Zeaton, cousins, nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his wife, Ethel Sokulsky, son Glen Gore-Smith, sisters Anne and Stella, and brother Joe. The family would like to thank Lion's Place and Manitoba Home Care for their kindness and care. A memorial service will be held at a later date. As The Big W would say, "Ok, me go now".
