Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNANCY LYNN STEINKE It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Nancy Steinke on Friday, June 24, 2011. Nancy was predeceased by her mother Audrey (nee Timlick) in 1960 and her sister Diane. She leaves to mourn her passing her partner Guy Knockert; parents Louis and Dorothy; brothers Michael (Penny) and Tim (Jo-Anne); nephews and nieces: Scott (Jamie), Michelle, Kevin, Maureen and Todd Pridham; great niece Farrah; aunts and uncles: Warren (Doreen) Timlick; Martha Ganski; Emma Gruenke; Ida Kowal; Linda Steinke; Norma (Lyle) Steele; Audrey Amo; as well as numerous cousins and friends. Nancy grew up and attended school in Windsor Park, she lived in both Vancouver and Winnipeg, was a very loving, thoughtful and generous daughter, who will be greatly missed. She had an enthusiastic passion for sports and loved watching them on television, especially tennis. In keeping with Nancy's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, July 5 at 11:00 a.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald St. with Fr.
