So many things have happened, Since you were called away, So many things to share with you, Had you been left to stay. I now go on without you, Without your cheerful smile, What I would give to see you, If only for a little while. So as time unfolds another year, Only memories keep you near and dear. Miss you dearly, Mom LORI (KOSTELNIAK) BLIGHT Life is like a fading rose, Each petal is a year, Only memories remain, With every falling tear. If tears could build a stairway, And memories a lane, We would walk up to heaven, And bring you back again. So water your roses often, With Love each day of the year, Not only when memories remain, With every falling tear.
