KEVIN GRAHAM MATHERS December 31, 1973 - July 1, 2011 It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew and special friend at the age of 37. Left to cherish his memory are his parents Graham and Debbie Mathers; sister Tracey Cyncora (Joey); nieces Ashley Kashuba and Amanda Cyncora; nephew Brandon Cyncora, and his life partner Stephanie Little and their family, Olivia Little, and his two little buddies Ryan and Tyler Little. His very special friends Ryan and Heather Bell and his many aunties, uncles, cousins and friends. Kevin was predeceased by his grandparents Clarence and Mary Beaton, his Nannie Audrey Mathers, and his special uncle Darrell Beaton. Kevin grew up in Selkirk and graduated from Lord Selkirk High School. Kevin enjoyed spending time supporting his baseball team, hanging out with his friends and family, being outdoors. He was proud of who he was and what he had. Kevin was never afraid to say just what was on his mind. He was always willing to help out whenever asked. Kevin, George, Boris, AKA: KGB we will always love you and we will never forget you. The family would like to thank the paramedics, nurses and Dr. Matters for their efforts and kindness to the family during our time of sorrow. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Home in Selkirk, Manitoba, with a luncheon to follow at the Selkirk Legion. In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Suite 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3L 0K6 in Kevin's name.
