Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDOUARD J. LEBRUN Suddenly in the early morning hours of July 3, 2011, Ed left this world to join his wife, Denise and son, Guy. Ed was born on March 15, 1948 in St. Boniface but spent most of his life near Ste. Anne, MB where he and Denise raised their children and operated a successful dairy farm. They participated in the Winnipeg Ball Room dancing scene for many years until Denise's untimely passing in 2000. Ed then obtained his Class 1 license, driving transport truck for several firms doing long hauls to the U.S.A. and shorter hauls within Canada. On one of these trips he met Sue in Portage la Prairie and they were married in 2008. After their marriage, Ed and Sue moved to Bearpaw Estates near Grand Beach where Ed put his many talents to work building them a new home with a little help from family and friends - the Chalet LeBrun . There he enjoyed a circle of friends whom he very much treasured. Some of their winter months were spent at their place in Donna, Texas. Ed worked very hard most of his life but had a great sense of fun which will be missed by sons: Edmond, wife Melanie, grandkids Riley and Kalan; Ed Jr., wife Annette, grandkids Natasha and Vincent; Robert and grandkids Zoe and Luc, and their mother Angie; daughter Micheline and grandkids, Bradley, James and Dawn; wife Sue, and much loved puppies, Tango and Cash. At Ed's request there will be no formal funeral and a private graveside service will be held in the near future. Via Con Dios Eddie - Go with God.
