Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySERGE KEVIN RICHER March 23, 1973 - June 24, 2011 In Loving Remembrance of Serge Kevin Richer, beloved son of Donna and Serge and brother to Danielle, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 24, 2011 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Serge was predeceased by his grandparents, Sara and Serge Richer, and Martha and Ed Fisher, and his cousin Heather Simpson. His family's words to him are, We love you, and we'll see ya' when we see ya'. Funeral services were held from the St. Columba Roman Catholic Church in Swan River, Manitoba on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Leo Fernandes officiating. Following the service Serge was laid to rest in the family plot at Birchwood Cemetery, Swan River, Manitoba. Active pallbearers were Jonathan Steen, Kevin Frazer, Glen Didyk, Grant Hogan, Shawn Mosiondz, Chris MacCumber, Grant Shiel and Roy Desrosiers. Should friends so desire, donations in Serge's memory may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada, 204-824 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3A 1M5. Arrangements were entrusted to Jim Webster of Swan Valley Funeral Services Ltd. 363 Kelsey Trail (Hwy 10 North) Swan River, Manitoba. 734-5775
