ROBERT GOSSELIN Born on December 14, 1922, Robert died peacefully in hospital in St. Pierre Jolys on July 8, 2011. He leaves to mourn his wife of 63 years, Anne Marie Morin, his daughter Michelle, his son Roger (Suzanne), his granddaughters Sophie and Joelle, his sisters Lucienne Catellier and Therese Hebert, and many nieces and nephews. Robert was the son of Lucien Gosselin and Bernadette Pelletier. He was predeceased by his beloved son Ronald in 1995, his brother Gerard, and his sisters Suzanne, Fernande and Colette. Robert lived in St. Malo all his life on the family farm. He loved the land and he loved being a farmer. Robert was a friend to all, and was respected for his integrity, his generous spirit and his kindness. He was a good neighbour who was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Robert lived through life's hardships with humble dignity and grace. Robert was a very devoted father who loved his family above all else. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at St. Malo Roman Catholic Church at 2:00 p.m. Robert received the best of care at St. Pierre Jolys Hospital.
