MANNESS On Friday, July 8, 2011 at the Grace Hospital, Doug, aged 63 years, of Springstein, Manitoba beloved husband, father, granddad, and uncle passed away with family by his side after a short battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Kathleen, children Douglas (Laura), Cordelia (Roger), Sarah (Mark), his grandchild Kaleb, his mother Vera, sister Darcy, his brother Dennis (Wendy), nephew Jimmy and niece Loraine and family. He is predeceased by his father Clarence and his sister Fern. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 13 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave. with funeral service to be held Friday, July 15 at 10:30 a.m. at the Springstein Mennonite Church Springstein, Manitoba with lunch to follow. Private interment to follow.
