FRED JONES Assistant Deputy Chief (Retired) Winnipeg Fire Department (39 and one half years) February 15, 1932 - July 10, 2011 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Fred Jones. Fred now joins his grandson Kurt Neal with God. He's survived by the love of his life Dorothy Jones; children, Debbie Bessette (Denis), Cindy Neal (Dennis), Kim MacBeth (Greg); grandchildren, Bart Neal (Jaclyn), Natalie Bessette (Kingsley), Hayley Bessette, Kelsey MacBeth and Louise Lapointe; great-grandchild Charlotte Neal; chosen family, Bonnie Morris (Al), Troy Morris (Robyn), Quinn Cameron. Fred is also survived by his brother Bob Jones (Verona) in Regina and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to all caregivers at Concordia Place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Firefighter's Burn Fund. We love you, Papa Rest in Peace Service will be held at Imanual United Church, Golspie and Kimberly at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 14, 2011.
