CARL ERNEST DEARMAN September 24, 1927 - July 10, 2011 With deep sadness we announce the passing of our dear father, grandfather and friend. Survived by sons Glen and Barry (Gwen), daughter Louise (Ralph), grandson Steven, sisters-in-law Roseline, Erna, Sharon, Dorothy, brothers-in-law John, Wayne, Dennis, Bob, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Carl is reunited with his loving wife of 56 years, Anna, parents Joe and Mary, sisters Minnie Lang and Elsie Dearman, brothers Joe and Andrew (Donnie). Dad's family were one of the first homesteaders on Pipeline Road. Carl was born and raised and remained in West St. Paul his entire life. After marrying Anna, they moved to their own place down Pipeline Road and began their own farm. Throughout his life he held numerous jobs - Sausage Maker, Winnipeg Supply and Planet Construction but his passion was his family, farm and cattle. Dad was a very honourable, kind, generous man who will be missed by all who knew him. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, 433 Main Street, Stonewall, MB. Honorary pallbearers are brothers-in-law John, Wayne, Bob, Dennis, nephews Wayne, Ray, Guy and Albert Stangl. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice in Carl's behalf. The family would like to thank the Seven Oaks Hospital, nurses, staff and Dr. Greg Wilson. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
