RUTH BENNETT We the family of Ruth Bennett are sad to announce the passing of our dear wife, mom and grandma on July 2, 2011 with her family at her side. Left to cherish her fond memories are husband Michael Van Buskirk, daughters Lorie Landers, Joanne (Rod) Jervis, son Murray (Shaunna) Bennett, grandchildren Kyle (Jasmine), Corey (Jessica), Melissa, Myles, Tess, step sons Ian Van Buskirk, Eric (Ashley) Van Buskirk, and grandson Tayden. Ruth was predeceased by her late husband Wayne Bennett, parents Alfred and Violet Archer, and brother Murray Archer. Memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from the Trinity Lutheran Church in Dauphin with Pastor Howard Burnie officiating. Brent Bedford delivered the eulogy. Interment followed in the Dauphin Riverside Cemetery. Urnbearers were Kyle Jervis, Corey Jervis, Melissa Landers, Myles Bennett and Tess Bennett.
