FLORENCE (LYNN) MAY SMITH (nee GRISWOLD) In loving memory of our dearest mother who passed away July 11, 2011. She was born September 17, 1938 in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Lynn was a resident of Ile des Chenes, MB for the last 20 years. Mom enjoyed quilting, crafts, baking and loved to travel. She lived in various places throughout Canada. She had a passion for horses and training animals. She loved being around people and would help anyone in need. She once raced cars for fun. Lynn was an inspiration to whomever she met. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Pierre Hospital where she spent her final days. Lynn will be dearly missed and will always stay safe in our hearts. Lynn is now resting in Heaven's arms with her parents, Jack and Grace Griswold and sister Nancy. She will be especially missed by friends and relatives. Lynn leaves behind her sons Glenn, Scott, Leonard and Chris along with grandchildren Gail-Lynn, Sabastian, Tyrone, Brooklynn, Leonard Jr., Harold, Cassidy-Lynn, Ryan, Matthew and Angela, as well as her sister Jacqueline, along with numerous other family members. We will always love you and miss you.
