SHANNON RENEE SEIP LAROCQUE March 5, 1976 - July 16, 2011 It is with heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Shannon Renee Seip Larocque on July 16, 2011. Shannon will be dearly missed by her husband Brad; daughter Reece; mom and dad, Audrey and Murray Seip; sister Jodey Mason (Andrew); niece Aidin Mason; nephews, Jared, Arren and Jack Mason; in-laws, Robert and Darlene Larocque, plus several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Shannon was born March 5, 1976 in Thompson, MB where she attended Juniper Elementary School and RD Parker Collegiate graduating in 1995. Shannon loved children and chose a career in day care. Shannon met the love of her life Brad in 2001 and they were married on May 22, 2004. On January 13, 2005, Shannon found her true calling as a mother with the birth of Reece. Shannon was such a proud and loving mother. Shannon was a fantastic cook and loved to plan menus and create culinary masterpieces for her family and friends. Shannon was a very social person and loved posting pictures and comments on Facebook. She also loved to read about what was happening in her friends lives. She was an active member of the Winnipeg Mom's Board and helped at the Starlight Christian Nursery School which Reece attended this past year. Shannon loved to take pictures and with the help of a new camera, she captured Reece in several keepsake photos. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Ave. West at 7:00 p.m. Celebration of Shannon's life will follow on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 also at the Wheeler Funeral Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at the Transcona Cemetery.
