JEANNE ARMBRUSTER Peacefully on Sunday, July 17, 2011, Jeanne passed away at Grace Hospital. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Linda (Brad Little), Daughter #2 Joan Dale and numerous nieces and nephews. Jeanne was predeceased by her husband Phil and her beloved son Brent. Jeanne was born in Melville, Saskatchewan on May 31, 1924. There she met and married the love of her life Phil. They moved to Winnipeg and raised their family. Mom loved to garden and to sit on her patio making sure all was right with the world. She was also an amazing cook and dinners at home were always a tasty delight. When Dad retired they became snowbirds and spent many happy years in Arizona. When health issues began, Mom named herself the fob' or feisty old broad. She was feisty to the last. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Grace Hospital, Deer Lodge Centre, Home Care and Sturgeon Creek Retirement Residences. Your compassionate care was a great comfort. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens.
