JESSIE (BUNTY) ANNIE SMITH April 6, 1921 July 18, 2011 It is with heavy hearts that we announce our Bunty passed away peacefully and moved to her eternal home at the age of 90 years. Remaining to forever cherish her memory are the love of her life of almost 70 years, Adolphe; her loving daughter Heather; sister Edna; daughters-in-law Liz and Shirley; eight grand-children; nine great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends that she loved dearly. Bunty was a lady of many talents. She loved to knit, read, do word search puzzles, make many crafts and homemade cards. Many hours were filled with happy, special times with her family and friends at her much loved cottage at Gull Lake. She spent many active years with Adolphe and their friends at McCalman Grey Seniors Group which she always looked forward to. Bunty's love of her family was always transparent and closest to her heart. Bunty was the best wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend that anyone has been blessed with and will be forever missed by us all. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 21 at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 708 McCalman Avenue.
