HELEN GIESBRECHT 1913 - 2011 On Monday, July 18, 2011, Helen Giesbrecht peacefully went to be with her Lord. Left to cherish Helen's memory are her children: Elma (Frank), Irene, Viola (Heinz), Larry (Marianne), Dennis (Sandy); her grandchildren: Candice, Erin (Derrick), Bain, Alexandra (Bernhard), Fritz, Jeff (Margaret), and Kathy (Ivan); great-grandchildren: Jennifer, Kai, Lukas, Sarah, Danika, Jayna, Grace, Spencer, Isabella, and Stefan. Helen is also survived by nine sisters and one brother. Helen was predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Jake, in 1995. Helen was born in Rosenheim, Manitoba. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 23 at 11:00 a.m., Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church, 360 McKenzie Ave., Steinbach, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the M.S.
