Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBARTOSZ (BARTEK) SLOMINSKI It is with deep sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Bartek Slominski on Monday, July 18, 2011 at the early age of 34. Bartek was loved and will be truly missed by his parents, sister, friends and all of his family in Poland. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, July 22, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. in Mary Mother of the Church, 85 Kirkbridge Drive, Rev. Fr. Carl Tarnopolski, V. G., presiding. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, 973 Red River Drive.
