JOYCE VERONICA CROOKS February 2, 1922 - July 9, 2011 Joyce died peacefully in Vancouver under the loving support of the caregivers at Haro Park Centre. Joyce was predeceased by her husband Bill and her parents Jim and Muriel Beeston. She will be missed by her only son Jim and his wife Lucy, as well as Lucy's mother Una, a neighbour two doors down on Crystal Lane at Haro Park Centre. Joyce had many friends in her days in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Winnipeg again and finally Vancouver. In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to Haro Park Foundation, 1233 Haro Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 3Y5. Interment at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Saskatoon, Monday, July 25 at 10:00 a.m. Bill and Joyce will again be able to roam the prairies in spirit looking for agates, arrowheads and artifacts.
