ALLAN WAYNE DUECK Peacefully, on July 19, 2011, with his family by his side, Allan Wayne Dueck, 59, passed away at the Bethesda Hospital, Steinbach, MB. He is survived by his loving wife Shirley; children: Chrystal and Brent Unrau with grandchildren Brett, Tyler, and Mason; Shyla and Graeme Annett with grandchildren Seth, Shayden, Kieren, and Kayla; his mother Erna Dueck, mother-in-law Delores Dunning; stepchildren: Vanessa and Dean Van Overbeke, with grandchildren Luke, Carlee, Abby and Nikki; Shawna Sorge; Jeremy and Rachel Guo and granddaughter Jemma; Kiera Guo; Stephanie Labossiere and granddaughter Josée. He is also survived by his siblings: Leo and Pam Dueck, Dennis and Marlene Dueck, Gordon, Dueck, Delores and Perry Moldowan, Reg and Debbie Dueck; and Shirley's siblings: Linda and Wilf Hiebert, Jim and Suzanna Scott, Jason and Ardele Harper, Illa and Luc St. Godard, Therin and Rhonda Harper. He was predeceased by his father William, sister-in-law Linda and brother in-law Leslie Scott. The funeral service will be held Monday, July 25, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Mennonite Church, 422 Main St., Steinbach, MB, with ash interment at Heritage Cemetery at a later date. Viewing will be at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on Sunday, July 24, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. and at the church prior to the service.
