Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRENDA LEE BLAIR (nee MCANDREW) April 3, 1960 - July 27, 2010 Loved with a love beyond all telling Missed with a grief beyond all tears With heartfelt sorrow we announce the passing of Brenda Lee Blair (nee McAndrew), our beloved mother and Geema . She passed away at Brandon Hospital on July 27, 2010. Brenda is remembered by her two daughters, Belinda (Earl) and Barbee (Stephen) and her three grandsons, Deangelo, Davonte and Diondre. She is also survived by Lawrence Blair, her siblings Edith, Donna (Howard), Gordon (Lorraine), David (Colleen), Doris (Delwin) and her adopted sister Lydia (Wolfgang) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Brenda was predeceased by her father Leslie McAndrew and her mother Constance McAndrew, whom she was very close to. Mom was a wonderful mother and even more wonderful Geema. She was a doting and caring woman that was known for her generosity. Mom adored us and her boys and spoiled all of us with love, attention and so much more. She never hung up the phone without saying I Love You to her girls and her grandsons. Mom adored animals and rescued hundreds of all kinds of animals throughout her years; she always loved being surrounded by her pets. Mom was a strong believer in family, and constantly reminded her daughters that family is first. It became her mantra for our childhood. There is so much that can be said about the woman we called Mom, but the words that always come to mind are gone too soon . She is so very missed and the empty spot she left in our hearts cannot be filled. Every day is a struggle without her, and the tears seem like they will never stop, but we try to remember the good times, as she would have wanted. We share stories of her with our friends, family and her grandsons to keep her memory strong. A year has passed and every day we think of you. The pain of realizing you are no longer with us has grown, and the days seem empty without your advice, support, love and strength. Mom, we love you so much. They say there is a reason They say that time will heal, but neither time nor reason Will change the way we feel For no one knows the heartache That lies behind our smiles No one knows how many times, We have broken down and cried We want to tell you something So there won't be any doubt You're so wonderful to think of But so hard to be without
