Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILFRED (WILF) PARKER December 4, 1929 - July 31, 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wilf Parker on July 31, 2011 at the age of 81. Wilf was predeceased by his daughter Emerald and son Ronald. He is survived by his wife Lila; sons, Laurie, Robert and Clayton, as well as many grandchildren, great-grand-children, family and friends. Celebration of Wilf's life will be held on Friday, August 5, 2011 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue, West at 2:00 p.m. A sincere thank you to all the staff at the Concordia Hospital for making Wilf's last days as comfortable as possible. A special life has passed from our sight.....but never from our hearts. It was a honor to have known Wilf. He was a genuine, loyal friend and one of a kind human being. I will cherish our friendship forever. This is not a time to grieve Wilf's death, but a time to celebrate his life. Let us look back and remember how Wilf has touched our lives and what a great person he was. I am very thankful that we were given the chance to have known this great man.
