Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMATO (MIKE) MLADJAN December 23, 1938 - August 2, 2011 Born in Tisovac, Croatia Mike came to Canada in 1972, a carpenter by trade and enjoyed an active retirement. Predeceased by parents Mile and Jaka and brother Josip. Survived by wife Joyce Rosati and his children Nina (Ron) Patenaude, Vesna (Mike) Hondz and Slavomir Mladjan and stepchildren Pat (Len) Olafson, Don (Jenny) Rosati, Carla (Mark) Brooker, Anna (Glenn) Turchinski, and Louisa Rosati. Mike is fondly remembered by grandchildren Katrina, Kayla, Christopher, Joseph and Destiny, step-grandchildren Randy, Brooke, Dawn, Brandy, Eric, Tiffany, Angie, Jocelyn, Justin, Cody and Dante, siblings Ivo Mladjan, Ana (Bozo) Soldo, and extended family in Saskatchewan, Croatia and Germany. The family would like to thank Riverview Health Centre for the excellent care he received, especially in his final hours. Prayer service 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 5 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Funeral 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 6, also at St. Nicolas Tavelich Church, 2688 Main St.
