PAUL EMILE BELLIVEAU 1930 - 2011 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Paul on August 2, 2011, at the Tuxedo Villa at the age of 81 years; beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and dear friend. Paul was born in Ethelbert, Manitoba, Lived his early life in Camperville, Winnipeg and Whitemouth. In 1954 he became a permanent resident of Winnipeg. Paul married Elsie in 1956 and is survived by his two sons, Roger (Pauline), Robert; and grandchildren, Courtney and Ryan, all of Winnipeg; brother George (Joan) of Brandon and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Elsie (nee Howk); his parents, Rose and Roland; sister Louise (Roy) Marchuck of Broad Valley, Manitoba. In 1990 he retired after 40 years with Manitoba Telecom. Paul loved the outdoors and was an avid gardener. He took a piece of forest and built a cottage, workshop and gardens and still had time to help friends and family with their own projects. He and Elsie enjoyed many years at the family cottage. His main hobby was woodworking making a variety of yard ornaments and chair weaving. He was an active bowler, curler and bingo caller at various leagues and clubs. In keeping with Paul's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 6, 2011, Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. A gathering of family and friends will follow the service in the reception centre. A private family interment will take place at a later date at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Special thank you to all those that gave Dad love and support over the years including Linda Jessup, and the Kechts (Cottage friends). We would also like to thank the staff and residents of Tuxedo Villa for giving Dad a wonderful final year.
