STELLA ROSMUS Unexpectedly on July 30, 2011, Stella Rosmus, aged 90 passed away at the Grace Hospital. Stella was born on April 1, 1921 in St. Clements, MB. She was predeceasede by her father George and mother Katherine, brothers John and Bill, sisters Adele (Szymanski) and Mary (Rosmus) and her beautiful cat Spottie (18 years old). Stella is survived by her sister Jean of Winnipeg and Helen of Vancouver, BC along with many cousins, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces and cat Bootsie. In her early years, she spent time in Vancouver, BC and worked in Banff and at Lake Louise, AB. Stella enjoyed doing embroidery and needle work and produced many beautiful treasured pieces. She also had a great affection for all animals. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday August 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, with Interment to follow. A special thank you to the nurses and staff at the Oakview Care Home for their kindness and care.
